I executed and optimized TikTok ad campaigns for measurable engagement and leveraged Shopee and TikTok Seller tools to enhance product performance.

What I did

I began by identifying KOCs whose content aligned with our product category and crafting a single, memorable hook for each product.

Coordinating all KOCs to post the hook at the same time made the brand instantly recognizable to every viewer.

Contributions

The campaign produced dozens of videos and generated over 100 orders/video/day. By December, my monthly revenue reached 1.4 million pesos, grew by more than 600% within just four months.

Responsibilities and Results

I led the event team by assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines were met.

I coordinated schedules, content scripts, and vendor and partner communications to maintain smooth operations.

I developed event concepts, content, and flow to engage participants while managing on-site execution and troubleshooting issues in real time.

In addition, I monitored participant engagement and collected feedback to measure success.

As a result, the event attracted hundreds of young participants to the competition, with over 1,700 viewers tuning in to the Facebook livestream and engaging with the program in real time.
